Who can use the QHSE Data Manager™?
The QHSE Data Manager™ has been designed so that it can be used by almost all organisations from any industry. It is an extremely flexible program that allows you to create the OH&S environment that best meets the needs of your company. QHSE Integrated Solutions is also currently developing a version of its product that will be useful for small businesses.
How does my organisation use the QHSE Data Manager™?
The QHSE Data Manager™ can operate on either your organisation’s intranet or it can be based on the internet. We will help you assess your hosting options, possibilities include:
- Local hosting on your Local Area Network (LAN) using existing hardware or a new dedicated server.
- Internet hosting using your internet service provider via your web space
- External hosting by QHSE Integrated Solutions with daily backing up
What training is involved?
The training that is involved is fairly straightforward and QHSE Integrated Solutions ensures that key personnel from your company are trained to be able to oversee use of the system. Normally the cost of this training is included in the installation cost.
What support do we receive?
Support is available online and via phone. The level of support your company requires depends on its size and needs. We can tailor a support program to best suit your individual requirements.
What system and hardware requirements do we need?
QHSE Data Manager requires MS SQL Server and uses ASP to deliver its functionality. Windows hosting using IIS is required. Disc space required largely depends on the size and number of your documents stored in the document manager, but typically our clients require between 200mb to 500mb for the whole system.
How complicated is the QHSE Data Manager™ to install?
Here at QHSE we understand that changing systems can be a daunting prospect, but we believe that our software implementation process `is one of the simplest and quickest solutions on the market. We are continuously researching and improving our implementation process so that it is as effective as possible for your company.
Is customisation possible?
